TN.HJ. AHMAD ZAMZURI KAMARUDIN - CEO (E 1643)
Zamzuri has gained his vast experience in marketing, planning and land administration through out his tenure with one of the biggest property and industrial conglomerate in Malaysia. Along the way, Zamzuri has accumulated 16 years of experience in various aspects of property business. Began his career in Marketing and subsequently the Land and Planning Department, he was one of those whom has managed to transform a palm oil estate to the most prestigious housing development in Shah Alam, namely Bukit Jelutong. During the mergers between three Malaysian property giants in 2007, rooted to his pristine and unexceptional quality of performance, he was appointed as the Vice President for Strategic Master Development. This has led him to his undying passion on real estate business, where one of his many tasks as the vice president was to develop / establish the master plan of the strategic land bank for the group future development.
With all the experience that he has gained and international property development exposure dealing with various foreign consultants certainly give added value on his career enhancement. He was selected to enrol in Senior Management Programme and attended international business management course at Tsinghua University, Beijing. Apart, highly networked with government authorities it is a surplus point for Zamzuri as an important entity to the market. In realizing this great potential, Zamzuri left the giants and became the brainchild of Homefield Real Estate Sdn Bhd since January 2011. As the Chief Executive Officer for Homefield Real Estate Sdn Bhd, he inspires to apply all his extensive experience gained previously to his newly establishments at his own business capacity.
Zamzuri is a Registered Estate Agent and has a strong passion for excellence in corporate culture adoption at Homefield, uphold integrity and quality services for the long term goals.
MUNIRAH MOHAMMAD - DIRECTOR (E 1468)
Munirah Mohamad is one the Bumiputra Licensed Real Estate agent pioneers who established herself over 20 years in the real estate business. For the past 16 years, Munirah has been forging a successful livelihood though her brainchild business - Homefield Real Estate Sdn Bhd. This experience and expertise has led her to an impressive and successful profession in real estate with her achieving record results across Klang Valley. Her passion and enthusiasm for real estate have earned her tremendous respect among her clients and resulted in her achieving outstanding results in the area.
Her belief that entails discipline and depth aided Munirah in garnering awards from recognized institutions includes the Million Dollar Roof Top Award from MIEA 2016, All Star Personality (Outstanding Agent) from Starproperty.My Real Estate Award in 2017. The insatiable thirst for providing corporate social responsibility coupled with the willingness to share her knowledge, Munirah was one of the speakers at the Women Economic Forum 2017 in New Delhi. Munirah’s vast experience in the field has given her the opportunity to share her proficiency in the industry at Higher Education Institutions in Malaysia ie UiTM, Inspen, UMK etc alongside appointed as a speaker at the Malaysian Annual Real Estate Convention in the previous year.

KAMARUZAMAN ABDULLAH - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (REN 10276)
As one of the most senior staff members in Homefield, Kamaruzaman brings to the table over 15 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Excellent people skills, a keen sense of market needs, an uncanny ability to aggressively identify opportunities and mentor subordinates make him a valuable asset in the company's growth. Kamaruzaman was originally from a Syariah educational background and today his portfolio includes serving as the Head of Human Resource & Business Operation. His adeptness at delivering good and fast results that keep business operations running smoothly has gained respect and trust from staff and clients alike. His business acumen and insights on the management and business operation of the company form a part of Homefield's key advantages in the industry.
AINAL MARYAM - PROJECT DIRECTOR (PEA 1395)
As one of the most senior staff members in Homefield, Kamaruzaman brings to the table over 15 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Excellent people skills, a keen sense of market needs, an uncanny ability to aggressively identify opportunities and mentor subordinates make him a valuable asset in the company's growth. Kamaruzaman was originally from a Syariah educational Ainal graduated from the University of Reading in 2013 with a Bachelor of Real Estate and upon graduation, she joined Sunsuria Berhad. Today, she serves on the Homefield Management Team as Project Director.
Ainal's relatively young age belies the breadth of her skills, experience and knowledge. Her commitment and perseverance has also received due recognition, as she was the recipient of the ’Rising Star’ award by The Star Property Awards 2017, and Selangor State REN of the Year 2019 by the National Real Estate Award.
Currently, she is a Probationary Estate Agent License holder and serves the Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (Youth) as the Chair of Business and Development. Ainal also serves as the In-House Trainer at Homefield, specialising in marketing and branding, where she is actively engaged in enhancing the staff's skillsets and capabilities. One of her passions is leveraging the extensive reach of social media to educate the public on real estate matters. Often times, this involves giving talks to the public or being the guest speaker at developer's events, institutes of higher learning, and most recently, at the prestigious Malaysia Annual Real Estate Convention.
MOHAMMAD ANAS ROZLI - HEAD, INFORMATION SYSTEM
Graduating from Management and Science University (MSU) in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business (Honours), majoring in Marketing, Mohammad Anas Bin Rozli first entered the corporate world as a Credit Control Executive in the CIMB Group. Owing to his sharp business acumen, he steadily climbed the ranks from 2009 and in 2011, he joined Homefield, where he has been leveraging his knowledge and expertise to contribute towards the Company's growth until today.
FAZARITA - HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES
Fazarita has 20 years of commercial experience as a human resources manager. She started her career serving as the Head of Human Resource & Administration with an established Class A, G7, Bumiputera construction company in 2000, where she gained her professional experience in administration, company secretary and human resources matters. She has since developed an extensive background in HR management, construction as well as manufacturing, and is presently in the real estate management industry. At this juncture, Fazarita and her team manage new marketing opportunities with Agents with Homefield. Fazarita is responsible for spearheading reward management, organization and job design, job evaluation, performance management and the credit control department.
